Readings
1. Can I get a reading on someone other than myself?
It depends. During readings, Spirit only allows us to know information for highest good and best interest of all parties. This means I can't look up information on your friend to satisfy curiosity. However, I can look up information on your children if you are still their legal guardian (typically until they're 18). If your children are older than 18, or if you would like information on your spouse, I do require their consent. If consent hasn't been obtained, I may not have access to the information or the information I receive may be inaccurate.
2. Do you offer Akashic Record Readings via email?
Absolutely! This is a great option for those who may have scheduling difficulties or who would like a written document from me containing all the information.
3. How many pages of information is an emailed Akashic Record Reading?
The length of the reading varies from person to person, but on average my readings are 17-24 pages long. Readings without an add-on question will on the lower end of that range and readings with add-on questions will be towards the higher range.
4. What do you do with my personal information?
Any information shared in a reading is 100% confidential and will only be shared with you. I will never store or share your financial information, your contact information, or your e-mail address.
5. I'm going through a rough patch...can you help me with that?
Readings are provided to be used for your own spiritual growth and are not intended to take the place of advice from your mental health professional, your financial counselor, your doctor, or any other professional. My readings are here to help you learn more about yourself - how you use that information is ultimately your responsibility. I do not offer information related to health or finances, and I do not answer questions that are future-predicting.

Cancellations & Refunds
1. What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the preparation needed to connect and receive information on your behalf, please allow a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be refunded 50% of the reading fee, less any payment processing fees that may have occurred.
Refunds are not issued after 60 days of purchase. Should you request a refund with more than 48 hours notice, and before 60 days of purchase, you will be refunded in full, minus a $10 administrative fee to cover my payment processing costs.
2. What If I need to reschedule?
Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please allow for a minimum of 24 hours notice. This will permit me to offer that time slot to another client who may be on a wait list. Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be considered cancelled and will be subject to the 50% late cancellation fee as described above.
3. What if I am late to my appointment, am having technical difficulties, or don’t show up?
Readings start promptly at their scheduled time. I am happy to wait up to 15 minutes after the appointed start time, but will consider the appointment ‘missed’ after 15 minutes. I am unable to offer refunds for missed appointments.
